Founded in Vancouver by Paddi Rice, Executive Search Dating developed from Paddi’s disappointing dating experience upon his return to Canada after completing his MBA at one of Europe’s leading business schools. He found online dating to be time-consuming, frustrating and ineffective, and had grown tired of the bar scene.

“What I really needed,” said Paddi, “was a Dating Headhunter® for my personal life!” Seeing the need for an evolution in the dating world catering to busy, successful professionals, he founded Executive Search Dating in 2004.
